Our highly trained technicians are experts in carrying out Visual Termite Inspections and Pre-Purchase Timber Pest Inspections.

Whether you have already purchased your home or looking at investing a property or business our team can provide a suitable inspection.

Visual Termite Inspection Reports

Visual Termite Inspections will be carried out in accordance to AS 3660.2, technicians will thoroughly inspect areas to the interior and exterior where access is permitted. For example, internal & external walls, flooring, skirtings, architraves, door frames, roof void & garden areas.

Along with the technician’s expert knowledge, they will also use tools like a moisture metre, torch and screwdriver to areas. Our technicians are well equipped with other tools if necessary, like thermal imaging cameras & Termatrac’ s.

Upon completion of the Visual Termite Inspection a detailed report will be issued of any activity or evidence located. As well as listing activity or evidence, we also report on any conducive conditions that may result in termite attack alongside with other timber eating pests for example borers.

Our technicians can advise home/business owners on the best protection for there property.

Future Visual Termite Inspections are essential to maintain the susceptibility of your home. Twelve monthly inspections are recommended at a minimum, however if one of our technicians assesses your home at being high/very high risk, three to six monthly inspections may be essential.
